We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. - شركة حمد محمد الرقيب و أولاده التجارية.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support and participate in all recruitment processes, including collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments, negotiation, offering, and employment contracts.
- Leadership and Coordination: Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Induction Frameworks: Prepare induction frameworks by coordinating with all relevant departments to provide comprehensive inductions to new staff.
- Job Description Review: Review job descriptions, cross-checking with salary grades and position classification frameworks to ensure accuracy.
- Communication and Documentation: Communicate the outcomes of interviews and process recruitment paperwork for approval.
- Job Offers and Notifications: Send job offers verbally and in writing to successful candidates and notify unsuccessful candidates.
- Compliance and Logistics: Check Bridger for anti-terrorism compliance and forward questions from unsuccessful candidates to the hiring manager.
- Onboarding Arrangements: Coordinate the logistic arrangements for new staff to ensure they receive adequate information about the organization, its systems, policies, procedures, work desk, computer, and other essential details.
- Probation and Documentation: Ensure that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time, and collect all required documents from new staff.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for all employees' questions and concerns.
- Recruitment Tracking: Keep track of all ongoing recruitments to ensure timely completion.
- Interview Panel Member: Be an interview panel member as requested to contribute to the hiring process.
- Recruitment Forms and Budgets: Ensure that recruitment forms and other supporting documents are approved, including budgets.
