We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Human Resources professional to join our dynamic team at H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co. - شركة حمد محمد الرقيب و أولاده التجارية.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Support and participate in all recruitment processes, including collecting applications, facilitating candidate assessments, negotiation, offering, and employment contracts.
  2. Leadership and Coordination: Lead all recruitment processes in coordination with hiring managers to ensure seamless execution.
  3. Induction Frameworks: Prepare induction frameworks by coordinating with all relevant departments to provide comprehensive inductions to new staff.
  4. Job Description Review: Review job descriptions, cross-checking with salary grades and position classification frameworks to ensure accuracy.
  5. Communication and Documentation: Communicate the outcomes of interviews and process recruitment paperwork for approval.
  6. Job Offers and Notifications: Send job offers verbally and in writing to successful candidates and notify unsuccessful candidates.
  7. Compliance and Logistics: Check Bridger for anti-terrorism compliance and forward questions from unsuccessful candidates to the hiring manager.
  8. Onboarding Arrangements: Coordinate the logistic arrangements for new staff to ensure they receive adequate information about the organization, its systems, policies, procedures, work desk, computer, and other essential details.
  9. Probation and Documentation: Ensure that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time, and collect all required documents from new staff.
  10. Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for all employees' questions and concerns.
  11. Recruitment Tracking: Keep track of all ongoing recruitments to ensure timely completion.
  12. Interview Panel Member: Be an interview panel member as requested to contribute to the hiring process.
  13. Recruitment Forms and Budgets: Ensure that recruitment forms and other supporting documents are approved, including budgets.
