Job Title: Security Officer KSA CA

Thales Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of Thales activities in Saudi Arabia, including physical security, training and awareness, and local processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments for each entity or project under your scope and ensure regular updating of these risks assessments.
  • Support KSA VP, Directors, and project managers in all matters relating to security.
  • Organize and realize security training and awareness sessions.
  • Control quality of security services provided by security suppliers in your scope.
  • Define, prepare, and update crisis management plans.
  • Prepare and maintain a Security dashboard, reporting all necessary KPIs to monitor the performance of the Security process.
  • Identify and develop a network of useful security contacts.
  • Seek to improve permanently the security process by implementing adapted best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in Security management and/or defense topics.
  • Experience in a security position in an international environment.
  • Experience in working within multidisciplinary and multinational teams.
  • Experience in multicultural environments, especially in ME Region.
  • Proficiency with computer applications MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Saudi national.

  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High level of adaptability and reactivity.
  • Ability to travel often and eventually without notice.
  • Leadership capability of multidisciplinary, multinational security teams.
  • Strong security and information protection awareness.
  • Crisis management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills.
  • A team player getting along well with people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Good cultural and geo-political regional knowledge is mandatory.
