About This Role
  • We're seeking a Senior Sales and Recruitment Professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying clients within target sectors and locations locally within the engineering sector with a particular focus on power and renewables.

Your primary objective will be to build relationships and qualify opportunities for NES Fircroft, engaging regional teams for sales pitches and tender responses. To achieve this, you'll drive correct BD behaviours, training recruitment teams as required to enhance lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have 6 years + experience within business development within sales and recruitment, along with engineering sector experience in recruitment or within industry. A solid track record of business development and the ability to communicate technically at a high level to company executives are also essential.
