What Youll Do:

  • Drive Sales Strategy Develop and implement innovative sales plans to achieve monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build Lasting Partnerships Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients VIPs and individual members ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead and Inspire Manage mentor and empower a highperforming sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maximise Growth Identify new markets revenue streams and partnership opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Optimise Performance Leverage CRM tools to track progress generate forecasts and refine sales strategies based on datadriven insights.

What Were Looking For:

  • A proven track record in B2B and B2C sales with at least five years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in using CRM systems (HubSpot Zoho or similar) to manage pipelines and drive efficiency.
  • A strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to sales performance.
  • Passion for health wellness and personal development.
