Job Description:

As a QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of power plant projects from construction to commissioning. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing quality assurance programs that meet international standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC programs for CCGT and OCGT power plants.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve quality control plans, inspection test plans (ITPs), and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate project quality performance, conducting internal audits and inspections.
  • Manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and training.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in QA/QC management within CCGT and OCGT power plants.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, ASME codes, and welding/NDT processes.
  • Experience with power plant construction, commissioning, and operations.
