Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to define system specifications and architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality of the solution design and implementation.
- Engage in hands-on troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong background in software development, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software development frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in system design, application architecture, and integration strategies.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and initiatives.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable.
