Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, with a focus on ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to effectively utilize technology to drive project success.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
