Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) in civil engineering projects to join our Commissioning team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire commissioning process, from planning to execution, to ensure that projects are operationally ready at handover.

The SME will excel in developing project documentation, including standards, processes, guidelines, and commissioning plans, to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities, codes, and standards. This will involve coordinating with multi-discipline teams and project stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that optimize the performance and reliability of assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee testing and verification of project developments to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Coordinate with multi-discipline teams and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including standards, processes, and guidelines
Requirements
  • BSc in Building Services, Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of job-related experience
  • Incorporated Engineer or Chartered Construction Manager
  • PMP Project Management Professional or LEED AP (BD+C)
