Organizational Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to ensure smooth operations and effective management of daily tasks. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, handling contract administration, and creating and maintaining spreadsheets. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate travel arrangements, organize filing systems, and assist with general office duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Saudi National (mandatory requirement)
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent contract management skills
- Demonstrated ability in diary management and scheduling
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and a customer-service oriented attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
