The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional guest experiences, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify property readiness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams to optimize efficiency.
  • Quickly coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
  • Compile and review reports on property performance and guest feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Significant experience in Operations and Front Desk management.
  • Superb organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software.
