About the Role

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Head of Legal - EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to our business units in the EMEA region.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing legal advice and opinions on complex commercial matters related to engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
  2. Liaising with internal stakeholders, including management, engineers, and technical teams, to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Negotiating and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  4. Managing and administering insurance policies, including liability, directors' insurance, environmental coverage, professional indemnity, and construction all-risk policies.

You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement effective legal strategies that support the growth and success of our business.
