HTrust Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations and ensuring timely deliveries through channel partners or direct channels.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Establish and maintain strong dealer networks to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in building materials, furniture fittings, or architectural hardware.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
