**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to align project management practices with organizational objectives.
- **Portfolio Oversight**: Provide leadership and direction to project managers and teams, ensuring successful execution of all projects within the portfolio.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and project partners.
- **Resource Allocation**: Efficiently allocate resources to projects, balancing workload and ensuring optimal utilization of talent.
- **Risk Management**: Implement robust risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential obstacles to project success.
- **Budget Oversight**: Collaborate with the finance department to manage and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to uphold industry standards and exceed client expectations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular and comprehensive project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 17 years of progressive experience in project management, with a focus on leading large and complex initiatives.
- Proven track record of successfully directing and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Experience in collaborating with the National Water Company (NWC) in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
