Job Description

The role of Senior Credit Control Officer requires a high level of analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and controlling customer balances, opening new customers in the ERP, and ensuring that receivables are timely converted to cash.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and control customer balances to ensure timely collection of payments.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and banks to resolve any issues or concerns.
  4. Prepare and communicate daily collections schedules to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Registered with SOCPA.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Planning and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong Team player.
