Role Summary:

The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing technologies related to computer endpoints.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement operating system images and environments.
  2. Build and deploy applications and patches to Windows physical and virtual desktops.
  3. Report on delivery results.
  4. Design and maintain operating system images and task sequences.
  5. Package and execute application deployments.
  6. Manage and troubleshoot on-premises group policy and cloud-based policy.
  7. Perform advanced troubleshooting on endpoint related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or information systems or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in creating and maintaining operating system images using MECM and/or third-party tools.
  • At least three years of experience using MECM and WSUS for OS patching and application packaging, updates and maintenance.
  • Microsoft Certifications and CITRIX experience a plus.
  • Experience using Visual Studio for light utility development a plus.
