We are seeking an experienced Facilities and Construction Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects across the AMET region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design, with at least 7 years of experience. A bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or equivalent is required.

You will work closely with internal technical teams and operational customers to facilitate engineering and design efforts on new and remodel projects. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects simultaneously, preparing reports, specifications, and technical analysis, and negotiating contracts and contract changes with developers and General Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects across the AMET region, including new builds, retrofits, and expansions.

  • Negotiate contracts and contract changes with developers and General Contractors.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from relatively small renovations to large-sized projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, commerce, business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, real estate development, architecture, or design.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from leadership.
