The Partners Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the relationship with our motors counterparts.

This includes connecting with key business executives and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives and solutions according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship: Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  2. Strategic Partnership: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  3. Solution Development: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  4. Delivery Excellence: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  5. Progress Updates: Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Account Growth: Forecast and track key account metrics.
  7. Territory Growth: Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Credibility and Influence: Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
  2. Client Focus: Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  3. Multi-Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  4. Negotiation and Presentation: Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  6. Educational Background: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
