About the Role
">">We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at the Islamic Development Bank. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in attracting and acquiring top managerial and leadership talent from around the world.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the entire recruitment cycle, from requisition to joining, with a focus on identifying and sourcing the most suitable candidates for our organization's Managerial and Leadership roles.
">- Talent Acquisition Operations: Participate in developing the Talent Acquisition strategy and associated programs, including evaluating and selecting headhunting and executive search firms, leadership assessments methodologies, and candidates sourcing channels.
- Recruitment Analytics and Metrics: Responsible for preparing recruitment analytics and metrics reports to track and measure the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Policies and Procedures: Conduct reviews of policies and procedures related to recruitment and talent acquisition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Key Qualifications:
">- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, and Recruiting, preferably in a multilateral development bank or global organization.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of local, regional, and global recruitment trends; advanced presentation, interviewing, and data-analysis skills.
