About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing strategic ARIS opportunities in KSA and the Middle East region. You will lead and support cross-functional teams throughout the customer buying journey, engaging in C-level discussions to articulate the value and benefits of our solutions and BPM strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our tool's capabilities, addressing customer inquiries and responding to RFPs and RFIs with precision.
  • You will develop industry-specific or use case-specific showcases to highlight solution effectiveness, collaborating with product and development teams to align customer feedback with product enhancements.
  • You will stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to position our BPM solution effectively, mentoring and training junior team members on BPM best practices and solution delivery.
  • You will contribute to the development of sales strategies and go-to-market plans, participating in industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote our BPM solutions and gather market insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a BPM practitioner in roles such as presales, consulting, or as a BPM expert.
  • Deep expertise or strong familiarity with BPM disciplines such as Process Modeling, Process Mining, Simulation, Process Governance, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and related methodologies.
  • Proven ability to effectively present technology solutions to executive-level stakeholders, with a focus on value-driven selling and business impact.
  • Hands-on experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools, with the ability to demonstrate and configure these platforms.
  • Strong technical acumen to address customer inquiries on topics such as product architecture, security, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer challenges and propose effective BPM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
