Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled social media specialist to join our team at ekar, the Middle East's first and largest personal mobility company. As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our social media profiles to maintain a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive Social Media Strategy: Align with our company goals and target specific audience segments.
  • Create and Curate Engaging Content: Across all social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts: Create and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Integrate social media campaigns into overall marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Trends: Continuously evaluate and improve our social media strategy.
  • Foster Strong Relationships: With influencers and other partners in the industry.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a Related Field
  • 2+ Years of Experience as a Marketing Specialist or Similar Role, with a proven track record of evaluating creative content and strategies.
  • Deep Understanding of Social Media Platforms and Tools, as well as experience with social media management software.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, with an eye for detail and excellence in copywriting and creative evaluation.
  • Capability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in Assessing Creative Work for alignment with strategic goals and brand identity, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
