Job Title: Quality Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our client's team in the construction project management of large medical projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead QMS Internal Audit meetings and perform QMS Internal Audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Update Audit Schedule and follow up on QMS Internal Audit Findings, implementing corrective actions and updating the Audit Findings database.
  3. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented continuous Quality improvements and facilitate the Quality Management System.
  4. Arrange and conduct QMS training, including induction and departmental training at local and group-wide levels.
  5. Interface with Department and Project Managers to identify and implement improvements in work methods.
  6. Participate in external audits, including NSAI and Customer audits.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of Group Improvement Programs and Systems.
  8. Support the Group Quality Manager and Office Quality Manager in quality-related activities.
  9. Act as the single point of contact for quality activities on projects where a quality resource has been identified.
  10. Develop, document, and implement project-specific processes.
  11. Implement and manage project Collaboration sites.
  12. Arrange and conduct project-specific training.
  13. Liaise with project team members to identify and optimize project-specific processes.
  14. Lead and/or participate in project audits, both internal and external.
Requirements:
  1. At least 15 years of experience in quality management.
  2. Major experience in Western countries with some experience in the Gulf region.
  3. Medical experience is highly beneficial.
  4. Degree qualified.
