Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ Years of Experience

  • Solid Background in Software Development

Solid background with hands-on experience as a principal-level software development engineer.

  • Expertise in Media and Cloud Technologies

Expertise in some or all of the following technologies – HTTP Live Streaming (HLS), DASH, RTMP, RTSP, etc.

  • Knowledge of Media Codecs and Formats

Hands-on knowledge of media codecs, formats, transports, and container protocols, such as MPEG-2, H.264/AVC, AAC, AC3, MP4.

  • Cloud Technologies and Data Structures

Knowledge of Cloud Technologies like S3, Net Storage, CloudFront, etc. and strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance.

  • Technical Guidance and Innovation

Ability to provide technical guidance across backend, frontend, and ML technologies and thrive in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment, achieving stretch goals.

  • CDN Architecture and Familiarity

Familiarity with CDN architectures (caches, origin servers, proxies, etc.).
