The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or real estate, is required. Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to multitask are also required.
