As a Senior HR Assistant at Asterix Communications, you will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  2. Assist with managing the payroll process including creating and maintaining payroll reports as required and requested.
  3. Recruit, onboard/offboard employees, complete all necessary paperwork, and issue/collect employee badges.
  4. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as policies, leaves, compensation and benefits, issuing Letters, etc.; refers complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  5. Coordinate training sessions and portal.
  6. Support the performance management process.
  7. Update the Government Portal.
  8. Coordinate HR projects.
  9. Assists with planning and execution of special events such as employee engagement and recognition events.
  10. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  11. Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  12. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

Requirements:

  1. University degree in business or a related discipline.
  2. Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience in a Human Resource/Administration role.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
  6. English: Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory.
