About the Role

This role is part of our Construction Projects team at Horizontal Digital. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with project goals and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction projects procurement and be able to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans that meet project requirements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supplier Evaluation: Identify potential suppliers and materials to achieve cost and quality objectives. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects procurement.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle Aconex, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  4. Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
