Job Overview:
The Customer Advisory Architecture Advisor works closely with SAP's Sales organization and the Partner ecosystem to define account strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between customer business strategies and relevant solutions through crafting to-be business and solution architectures.
- Design transformation roadmaps at the enterprise level to facilitate customer adoption of Cloud-based architectures.
- Assess current customer solutions from SAP and identify potential areas for faster solution adoption & consumption.
- Engage with customers throughout the Customer Value Journey as an integral member of the SAP account team.
- Drive business and IT architecture definitions to ensure consistency, cooperation, and alignment with SAP organizations, the customer, and partners.
- Provide linkage from the customer to SAP product development leadership.
- Support building customer demand through thought leadership positioning.
- Understand customer business process maps and business models with industry reference architecture focus.
- Understand customer current enterprise landscapes and future needs.
- Drive standard cloud architecture positioning leveraging standard cloud solutions.
- Align living roadmaps with current adoption/solution consumption.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Considerable experience with software/IT organizations as an IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture Advisor.
- Deep knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS/PaaS models, and Cloud-based commerce/business networks.
- Proven professional networks in the market to drive pipeline and revenue growth for SAP.
- Proven track record of success in driving tangible outcomes in Enterprise Architecture for customers.
- Fluency in English; any other language is an asset.
