About the Role

The Digital Media Marketing Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Lead end-to-end client communication, tracking account performance and campaign health. Work closely with Associate Directors on strategic inputs and build areas for growth.
  2. Campaign Planning: Work with clients, media planners, analytics, and agency partners to establish clear campaign strategy, tactics, objectives, and measurement KPIs for paid social media, YouTube, Display, and SEM campaigns.
  3. Campaign Execution & Maintenance: Monitor and measure campaign performance in platforms, providing data-backed recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Manage all aspects of digital performance campaigns, including creation, optimization, reporting, and budget monitoring.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Provide weekly campaign reports for live campaigns, supporting junior team members in EOC reports and ensuring monthly/quarterly reports are shared.
  5. Additional Research & Projects: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing channels, applying research to identify new opportunities and contribute to team development.
  6. Partner Management: Maintain close relationships with core media partners, identifying opportunities for new product test & learns.
  7. People Management: Manage a team of 2-5 people from an account perspective and overall career growth.

Requirements

This role requires bilingualism in Arabic and English, 5+ years of relevant work experience, and expertise in planning and managing Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Snap, and TikTok campaigns.
