Sales Development Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for performing, coordinating and executing sales activities for assigned accounts.
Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned current customers and prospective customers segment to generate revenues for the organization.
Analyse the market's potential to determine the value of existing and prospective customers in terms of sales opportunities.
Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales target.
Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts of trade and corporate segment to ensure sales can be closed, respecting corporate guidelines and indications.
Cooperate with marketing to determine the best promotion sales techniques.
Research, gather and analyse competitors' information to define the bestselling approach to increase Company market quota and visibility.
Identify and implement fidelity techniques to ensure a long-lasting fruitful business relationship with major accounts.
Establish and develop effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelors Degree.
Minimum of 4 years of work experience within relevant field, such as Airline Industry, Travel, or any major strong sales driven company.
Mobility to move and reside on Riyadh.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
