We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our MENA Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing challenging projects across multiple teams and cities. Your expertise in program management, strategic influencing, and change management will drive business growth and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have experience using problem-solving and analytical skills in a business environment. You will thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment, operating autonomously while driving forecasts and handling escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and prioritize new opportunities to accelerate FBA growth and drive process improvements.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the FBA process domestically and internationally.
  3. Initiate high-impact projects based on analysis and set up performance management mechanisms.
  4. Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review operational/business metrics and ensure goals are met.
  5. Drive forecasts and handle escalations autonomously.

Demonstrated Abilities

  1. Experience gathering and analyzing large amounts of data to deliver business improvements.
  2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics to justify requirements and initiatives.
  3. Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical approach to getting things done.
  4. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to use data and metrics effectively.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
