A leading organization in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to support project managers and ensure the seamless operation of administrative functions.

Job Description:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to project managers and the construction team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and projects.
  2. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence, in a secure and organized manner.
  4. Assist in coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining an up-to-date filing system for easy access to information.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably in construction or pipeline projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
