A key role in the Talent Acquisition sector is available for a Senior Secretary specializing in Construction and Pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and administrative expertise, complemented by a background in the construction industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to project managers and the construction team, ensuring seamless operational execution.
- Maintain and coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, guaranteeing efficient communication and timely responses.
- Prominently contribute to the preparation and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
- Cultivate effective collaboration with stakeholders, while maintaining clear lines of communication regarding project activities and progress.
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system that facilitates effortless access to information, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Foster professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers through articulate communication.
- Elevate company standards by adhering to established policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide proactive assistance with various administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and dedication to success.
Necessary Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in administration or a related field being a valuable asset.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably within the construction or pipeline sectors.
- Unwavering commitment to time management and multitasking, ensuring seamless task completion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Arabic language proficiency being an advantageous skillset.
