Food and Beverage Lead

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This includes mentoring and training staff, ensuring brand standards are maintained, and collaborating with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food.

As a leader, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, including receiving, stocking, and managing inventory, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of F&B staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain all operational areas to ensure they meet brand standards
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food presentation and quality
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management
