About the RoleAs an IT Infrastructure Troubleshooter, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose hardware and network problems, followed by physical repairs. You will also perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities- Safety: Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and encourage a world-class safety culture.
- Data Center Operations (DCO): Diagnose hardware and network problems, perform root cause analysis of equipment failures, and troubleshoot events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Must have Saudi Arabian citizenship
- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
- Large Scale Data Center experience
