Job Summary:

CARE is seeking a highly experienced Factory Production Coordinator to lead our factory's production efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans and schedules, leveraging your expertise to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Your leadership skills will guide a team of production supervisors and operators, helping them to achieve production goals while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance protocols, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any deviations from established quality benchmarks.
  • In addition, you will maintain equipment in optimal condition, troubleshoot issues, and work with suppliers to procure essential materials and components, ensuring continuous production activities.
