We're seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to support the execution of these strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the essence of our brand, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.

You'll leverage your expertise in market trends, consumer behavior, and digital platforms to develop and implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility and contribute to business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing Third-Party Agencies: Collaborate with external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  2. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with vendors, agencies, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
  4. Brand Strategy Development: Create a compelling brand narrative that fosters equity.
  5. Campaign Execution: Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive product uptake and brand awareness.
  6. Advertising and Promotion: Plan, develop, and evaluate advertising and promotion programs.
  7. New Market Platforms: Research and implement new marketing channels to promote sales.
  8. Event Planning: Organize company events to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  9. PR Strategies: Develop and maintain public relations strategies.
  10. Budget Management: Oversee ATL and BTL budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  11. Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media strategies and activities.
  12. Lead Management: Manage lead generation campaigns to drive sales.
  13. Company Asset Utilization: Ensure effective use of company assets like OOH and digital space.
  14. Product Launches: Assist with new product and feature launches.
  15. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report marketing performance to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you'll require:

  • A BS(Hons) degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Real Estate marketing, preferably.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and technologies.
  • A deep understanding of company values and their application.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong coordination and time management skills.
  • The ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detailed-oriented approach with a can-do attitude.
