As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and fully comply with local codes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to road and highways infrastructure engineering, as well as experience in the design of roads and highways infrastructure, including geometric design, traffic engineering design, and pavement design.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the entire design process for roads and highways infrastructure, including underground civil utility projects
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions
  3. Ensure smooth coordination with consultants, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and meet high-quality standards
  4. Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by consultants in accordance with their contract and district/sub-district program requirements
