Technology Sales Specialist

Alnafitha IT is looking for an ambitious Technology Sales Specialist to join our Sales Team. This role requires a driven individual who can effectively build relationships with our key clients and promote our IT solutions/services.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in selling and presenting IT solutions/services in at least one of the following areas: IT Service Management Solutions or ISO Consultation Services.
Main Responsibilities:- Grow and maintain existing client relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Achieve or surpass sales targets for revenue growth in designated product lines.
- Promote demand-generating marketing initiatives in assigned markets for specified product specialties.
- Nurture productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources effectively in meeting account objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Diligently evaluate, confirm, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Drive solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating with relevant stakeholders across the organization.
- Generate timely reports and forecasts as needed.
