Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Engineer - Technology Advancement to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients and partners.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to the Sales team on technology advancement
  • Develop and implement account penetration strategies to achieve set targets
  • Create and manage specific accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans pertaining to the company products/services
  • Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities, supporting and advising on the technical aspect of the sales lifecycle
  • Manage and drive proof of concepts (POC) and request for proposals (RFP) and close opportunities from a pre-sales and implementation perspective
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers in support of sales objectives
  • Lead technical sales calls and presentations
  • Manage adoption, integration and value generation of offered products/services within the customer/partner business and related IT infrastructure
  • Evaluate and negotiate supplier bids and terms
  • Prepare technical compliance statements and commercial/technical offers
  • Plan and execute project requirements and track progress
  • Maintain healthy business relationships with contractors, consultants and end-users'/ decision makers
  • Complete pre-sales documentation and develop content to support partners and customers
  • Support after-hours queries and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
