Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in using service management software and tools, with experience in leveraging technology to drive business efficiency and excellence.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office, with the ability to create and manage reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, components, and maintenance practices, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
