We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Recovery Consultant to join our team at SWATX. As a key member of our Consulting practice, you will provide technical guidance and support to our customers, helping them to implement effective Cyber Recovery solutions using Dell Technologies products.

Your expertise in Data Protection/Backup Recovery Tools & Architecture (Networker, NetBackup, Veeam, TSM, Commvault, etc.) as well as Data Domain and Avamar Technologies will be crucial in designing and implementing robust Cyber Recovery solutions. Additionally, your advanced writing skills and ability to document processes for the customer will ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and delivering technical Cyber Recovery workshops to customers.
  • Interpreting and managing complex Statements of Work (SOW's) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Designing and implementing Cyber Recovery solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the Cyber Recovery space.
