Role Overview

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of training programs in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Regional Project Coordinator & Account Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of training programs that align with Kaplan's quality standards across the MENA region.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project coordination activities are executed in line with client expectations and Kaplan's strategic objectives.
  3. Monitor assigned project timelines, documentation, and resource allocation, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues as needed.
  4. Support the Project Services team in strengthening client relationships by maintaining clear communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a smooth program experience.
  5. Assist in tracking key project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to continuous enhancement initiatives.
