The Role of the Beverage Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our Tonic Bar. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, as well as strong leadership skills to motivate and guide their team. As a key member of our hospitality team, the Beverage Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience at our hotel.

Responsibilities:

As the Beverage Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new menu concepts, as well as maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Additionally, you will work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of all beverage services.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a college degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years' experience in a similar position within a luxury environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and people skills are essential, as is a drive to deliver exceptional levels of service. You should also have excellent knowledge of wines, spirits, and mocktails, as well as the ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of drinks. Finally, you must have advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
