Hospitality Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Client Acquisition and Retention Manager at Amsa Hospitality.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our success. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
About the Role- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and expertise to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align your efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in the hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- The ability to work in a multicultural environment is a must.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
