We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to join our team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for supervising the construction of buildings and facilities related to government and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and financial summaries.

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction administration, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
  • Level 3 English language ability and proficiency in Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
