Private Equity Investment Risk Team Opportunity

PER, Private Equity Recruitment, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our client’s private equity team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate / VP to contribute to the investment risk team, focusing on deal analysis and advisory activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess investment risk associated with new deals, including standalone and pool-wide risk analysis.
  • Perform regular portfolio monitoring, adhering to investment procedures.
  • Conduct in-depth risk analysis for sensitive investments and crisis situations.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to balance risk oversight and advisory.
  • Review due diligence reports, financial models, and investment memos for various transactions.

Your Profile:
  • Experience in investment risk, private equity, or risk consulting with exposure to private assets.
  • Hold a degree from a top-tier university.
  • Masters and/or CFA certification are preferred.
  • Proven ability to review due diligence reports, financial models, and investment memos.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Power BI / Tableau, Prequin, and Pitchbook is beneficial.
  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Saudi Arabia.
