Property Leasing and Marketing Expert

We are looking for an experienced Property Leasing and Marketing Expert to join our team at Savills Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing function, developing and executing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

You will work closely with the senior property manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns, negotiate B2B contracts, and conduct site viewings. Your expertise in residential property leasing and marketing will enable you to provide exceptional service to our clients and help us achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leasing function and oversee any staff within the leasing department.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates in our residential compounds.
  • Negotiate B2B contracts with businesses and lease properties on behalf of the company.
  • Conduct site viewings and screenings of potential tenants.
  • Collaborate with the senior property manager to maintain working knowledge of the property/compound market.
  • Implement ESG initiatives across the compound and promote sustainable practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in residential property leasing and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and its trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and ESG principles.
