  1. Project Planning & Implementation: Develop comprehensive project plans including resourcing, scheduling, key deliverables, milestones, and cost estimates.
  2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with all relevant parties involved in the execution of the project, communicating clear project requests, setting targets and timelines.
  3. Task Execution Monitoring: Monitor the execution process of tasks assigned to all involved stakeholders, ensuring that the work aligns with project targets and objectives.
  4. Progress Tracking & Issue Resolution: Track and report project progress, proactively addressing and resolving issues.
  5. Vendor & Developer Guidance: Provide advice and guidance to external vendors or internal developers to ensure accurate execution of targeted tasks and milestones.
  6. Quality Assurance & Deliverable Evaluation: Evaluate the deliverables submitted to ensure they meet quality standards and project goals.
  7. Project Scope Management: Identify and propose modifications to the project scope to maximize compliance and optimize project cost.
  8. User Acceptance & Testing (UAT): Plan and ensure thorough User Acceptance and Testing (UAT) in accordance with the bank's processes and quality standards.
  9. Steering Committee Presentations: Prepare presentations for the Project Steering Committee, providing clear updates on project development and costs.
  10. Other Related Duties: Perform any other tasks or duties assigned during the execution of the program as required to ensure successful delivery of the project.

In-depth knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management tools is highly desirable.
