Job Description:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and innovative IT consultant to join our Enterprise Strategy Team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing planning, design, and implementation of ITIL and ISO/IEC standards processes/procedures/policies/Controls. This includes analyzing and identifying recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL and ISO/IEC standard requirements & practices across different domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform planning, design, and implementation of ITIL and ISO/IEC standards processes/procedures/policies/Controls.
  2. Analyze and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL and ISO/IEC standard requirements & practices across different domains.
  3. Improve existing IT and management systems practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process/procedure improvements.
  4. Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices, and competition.
  5. Facilitate and document IT processes/procedure design workshops.
  6. Understand client needs and match them to relevant unit services or products.
  7. Deliver training and awareness sessions for different standards and management domains.
  8. Develop RFPs and Technical Proposals with coordination with unit head.
  9. Participate in Alnafitha toolkit design and development.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. To excel in this position, you will need to have Professional Qualifications or Certifications from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies.
  2. ITIL Expert certification is required.
  3. ISO/IEC standard Lead Auditor or Implementer certification in one or more domains is required.
  4. COBIT 2019 Foundation and Design & Implementation certifications are preferred.
  5. TOGAF, IT4IT, ARIS, Orbus iServer, or Mega knowledge certifications are also preferred.

Experience:

  1. Extensive knowledge and work experience (5+ years') in ITSM framework and standards; should have participated (as a leader or key consultant) in ISO standards & certification projects.
  2. Extensive knowledge in document and report writing in both Arabic and English.
  3. 3+ years technical experience in one or more IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Security etc.).
  4. Strong understanding of standard process design, process development, and process implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  5. Strong analytical skills to review and understand large amounts of information and its inter-relation, dependency, flow, and input/output.
  6. Experience working across private and public sectors across EMEA – particularly in GCC.
