IT Infrastructure Strategist

At Caliberly, we're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Strategist to design, plan, and manage the IT infrastructure for a large group of companies based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing scalable server and IT infrastructure solutions, with at least 4 years of experience in the Saudi or GCC region.

• We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Strategist who can develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that support the growth and scalability of the organization
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the deployment of servers, data centers, networks, and storage solutions across multiple companies
• They will ensure that the IT infrastructure is secure, reliable, and cost-effective
• Our ideal candidate will work closely with IT leadership to align infrastructure architecture with business objectives and technology strategies
• They will manage and optimize cloud environments, including hybrid cloud strategies
• Lead infrastructure projects from concept through implementation, ensuring best practices and industry standards are met
• Conduct regular assessments and upgrades of the infrastructure to improve performance and reliability
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and manage IT resources
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring system backups and redundancy
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and security

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture, with experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC region
• Strong expertise in designing and managing server environments, data centers, and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with hybrid cloud solutions
• Familiarity with networking protocols, security standards, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Salary: We offer a competitive salary ranging from SAR 120,000 to SAR 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, and a generous annual leave package.
