We are seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Strategist to join the University of Prince Mugrin's leadership team.

The Chief Financial Strategist will play a critical role in shaping the university's financial future, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Management: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the university's goals and objectives.
  • Budgeting and Financial Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to create annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and make recommendations for adjustments.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
  • Ensure Accurate Financial Statements: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
  • Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including tax regulations and non-profit financial standards.
Cash Flow and Investment Management:
  • Effective Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
  • Investment Strategies: Oversee investment strategies in alignment with the university's financial policies.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead the Finance Team: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
